No Refunds Policy All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once a service has been scheduled or provided. Non-Disparagement and Confidentiality You agree not to: Publish or disseminate negative, defamatory, false, or disparaging statements about Psychic.Live or Crystal Mitchell. Share, post, or disclose private communications, session content, or proprietary information without explicit written consent. Violation of this clause constitutes material breach and will result in immediate legal action for damages, including financial harm and reputational loss. 8. Indemnity You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Psychic.Live and Crystal Mitchell from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of services. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, you consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of Osceola County, Florida. 10. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Psychic.Live regarding your use of services, superseding any prior agreements, discussions, representations, or communications. No oral statements or assurances modify these Terms. 11. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 12. Acknowledgment By initiating communication, booking, purchasing, or using any services from Psychic.Live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions without requiring further written or electronic consent.
